It was hard to tell if there was anything malevolent going on here, or if it was just incompetence, but either way I could not in good faith recommend going here.
you wanna feel like everything around you will break the second you take it out the door, this is the shop for you :). never gonna recommend

Very friendly and knowable about every bike I have taken there.this is the only shop I trust.
Drove hours to purchase a bike with cash in hand after negotiating on the phone. Owner couldn't find the title (you'd think he'd check before I came), couldn't start the bike (again, why wouldn't you check this before someone drove hours to get there), AND the odometer had clearly had the face plate taken off with miles potentially having been tampered with! Shady...
Brought Bike here for a few years now, have always done me right.
