I would suggest Serenity to everyone. They took great care of us. They didn't pressure us into anything. They let us work through the process making suggestions and never did we feel rushed. Josh went above and beyond to make this heartbreaking event into a memorable one.
Josh was nice and led us to believe he would do as he said...We paid to have her hair and make up done. When we walked in to see her, we were very disappointed to see they had taken our money and didn't bother with her hair or make up, along with in general not giving our loved one a decent layout. If we had known, we would not have chosen SERENITY FUNERAL HOME...
